The below quizzes are not diagnostic but rather intended as self-discovery tools to help you better understand your experiences, and add structure and clarity to your help-seeking activities. You can take them in to your therapy sessions to create talking points, or your therapist may guide you here to help both of you develop some insight around your experiences. If you think you would benefit from completing some of these exercises in-session with your therapist, take a copy in and ask them for their support and guidance.
