Interventions:

CBT, ACT, IPT, EMDR: it can be overwhelming getting your head around different approaches/interventions and which one is right for you. While your practitioner is trained to work with you to identify the approach - or combination of approaches - that fits your symptoms and preferences, it's helpful to have some prior knowledge of what each intervention involves.
