NDIS

The National Disability Incentive Scheme (NDIS)

The National Disability Incentive Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible individuals with psychosocial disabilities to enhance their functional abilities and participation in daily life. This includes supports that focus on building capacity, increasing independence, and fostering community involvement. The NDIS works collaboratively with other services to support individuals with mental health conditions and support is available through Primary Health Networks, which offer mental health services, and other government and community resources. If you are eligible for mental health support throught your NDIS plan, your Case Manager or Local Area Coordinators can usually assist you with connecting to these services.
