If you were injured at or on the way to work you may be able to receive workers’ compensation for any psychological injury related to the incident. There are specific criteria that need to be met for a claim to be successful, and it is important to note that if the psychological injury occurred in response to a reasonable action taken by the employer, worker's compensation may not be applicable.

"WorkCover" was historically the term used in many states across Australia for the agencies managing workers’ compensation and workplace injury insurance. While some states still use "WorkCover" in the name, others have updated their branding or merged with broader workplace safety agencies.
